The optional 8-speed increases the 300’s highway fuel economy to 31 mpg, a bump of 4 mpg over the base 5-speed automatic. If you prefer eight big cylinders over eight forward speeds, the SRT8 model returns with a 6.4-liter Hemi V-8 and 470 bhp.
